Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship tin Australia and to The Netherlands. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $110 AUD.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us through the form with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition.

How do I start a return?
Contact us using the contact form with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover the return shipping.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you'd like a different size or colour, let us know when you initiate your return and we'll arrange an exchange.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Are sale items returnable?
Yes, sale items can be returned following the same 30-day policy, as long as they're unworn and in original condition.
